Lager - Pale | ABV 4.9%
La Rioja is an area much more famous for its wine, but at Palax they're turning out some interesting craft beers as well. This bottle-conditioned lager is made using Hallertau Tradition hops and following on from aromas of honey, flowers and citrus fruits it has a full, rounded taste with an extra layer of complexity resulting from the secondary fermentartion in bottle. Certainly worth a try.
